As we become familiar with tuning out from our day-to-day business and make time for ourselves, even small amounts of time, we begin to feel more comfort in our bodies, clarity of mind and connection with our soul, spirit or core self…withdrawing from the external world & moving gently within, bringing a sense of curiosity. To notice your inner voice and take steps towards developing your mind to be your best friend. To replace “I can’t” with “how can I?” Taking the time to get to know your needs, to feel your feelings, and honour your boundaries.

Self-care is being able to observe yourself and consciously moving toward living a life you love.

Together, we will explore the different skills and tools of self-care with the intention for you to reconnect with your truth + authenticity, to reignite your passion, and leave with inspiration and the knowledge of what lights you up! Our dream for you is to take these skills and teachings home with you and continue to practice self-care daily. This way you can maintain connection to self, comfort and clarity, so every day can be as beneficial as the ones you will experience at the retreat... Self-care is a new lifestyle. Live it and feel the difference.

 

You will return home inspired and motivated by what you will have experienced over these few days and the benefits will last a lifetime.

All food will be freshly-prepared with seasonal locally sourced produce. In general, the food will be vegetarian/vegan, keeping the yogi ethos in mind. Sweet treats + tea & coffee will also be served throughout your stay.

We will spend three nights at the serene (and beautiful) Casa Allegra. It's just 1.5 hours from Melbourne,

but it feels a million miles away...

The retreat group will be staying in two stunning luxurious houses and garden Yoga Studio within the grounds of this stunning venue located at 6 - 12 High Street, Trentham Victoria Australia.

About the Casa
 
  • Light-filled, elegant yet relaxed and comfortable spacious home. Stunning antique furniture, light fittings, objects d'art and artwork feature throughout the house.
     

  • The expansive gardens and the views to the lake makes you feel as though you are away from it all, even though you are right in the heart of Trentham. It is an easy 5-minute stroll to the centre of town.
     

  • Altogether providing a uniquely peaceful and private space for us to come together for this weekend retreat.
     

  • Comfy couches to relax and snuggle into.
     

  • You will stay toasty warm with two wood fires and two split system units in the house. Panel heating and electric blankets in the bedrooms.
     

  • The deluxe stylishly appointed bedrooms come with super comfy beds and beautiful linen. A feast for the eyes these rooms have beautiful and unique furnishings and decorative items.
     

  • Each room can be configured with a king-sized bed or two long singles. You will be kept nice and warm as each bed has electric blankets and gorgeously cosy bedding. Also bathroom heating, heated towel rails and hair dryers.
     

  • 10 bedrooms total.
     

  • 7 bedrooms have en-suites with a shower, toilet and basin.
     

  • 3 bedrooms serviced by a bathroom with a full-sized bath, shower and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet.
     

  • Wifi is available.
     

  • Strictly smoke and alcohol-free zone. No drugs/ alcohol/ recreational substances or non-vegetarian food are to be consumed on the premises.
